Cultured Vegetables

F ermented Harvest foods are made in small batches using traditional lacto-fermentation in ceramic crocks.
We use only organic vegetables and high quality Celtic Sea Salt to ferment our products. We never heat or pasteurize during fermentation, curing, or bottling. We do not use starter cultures, each ferment uses its own biodynamic flora to produce the Cultured Vegetables and Liquid.

The process of fermentation produces a brine or juices as the salt draws out moisture from the vegetables. These liquids are packed with nutrients and beneficial bacteria.
