Our Team

M att Mayer, President and CEO, of Cultured Heritage Foods, LLC is a USMC pilot. He currently serves as a Primary Flight School instructor at Training Wing Five in Milton, FL. Matt grew up in Bellevue, KY and graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2005. He is deeply committed to his wife and five children, and enjoys every moment he gets to spend with them. Matt spends any extra time he has training for triathlons.

C arolyn Mayer, Vice President and COO, of Cultured Heritage Foods, LLC is a full time mom to their five children. She has poured herself into learning about nutritional therapy and preparing nutrient-dense foods for her family. Carolyn grew up in Litchfield, NH and graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2005. She currently home schools their five children and invests her time in giving  them a lifelong passion for learning.
